This is an open letter to anyone fortunate enough to have found Rainbow Toy Poodles:
We have the most extraordinary little toy poodle living with us and we have Connie Halcom to thank for this. We reside in Toronto, Ontario in Canada and for months searched for a female white toy poodle that was home raised.
